Pepper Chicken Recipe | Pepper Chicken Gravy | Indian Style | Tamil

Hello Friends

Chicken is our all-time favorite! It is even more special and yummy when we grind all the Indian spices fresh.
In this video, we will see how to make a Pepper Chicken,

The quantity mentioned in the video is for 1/4 kg of Chicken. It can be adjusted as per your quantity.

2 tsp - Black pepper
1 tsp - Cumin seeds
1 tsp - Fennel seeds
1 inch - Cinnamon
2 - Cloves Krambu
10 - 15 - Shallots
1 inch - Ginger
6 cloves - Garlic

Ground all the above-mentioned ingredients to a nice fine paste and keep aside.

* In a Pan, pour some oil,
* Add mustard seeds, urad dhal, and curry leaves
* Add finely chopped 1 big onion and fry until it turns brown in color.
* Add finely chopped 1 medium size tomato, along with some salt.
* Add chicken followed by 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, once the tomato is mashy
* Boil the chicken for about 10 mins
* Add the ground paste along with some water, close the lid and boil for about 15 to 20 mins.
* Gradually mix well, there is a chance to stick in the pan.
* Sprinkle some coriander leaves and fresh ground pepper once the gravy thickens and chicken cooked.
* Serve hot with Fried rice/Chapathi
