MUTTON PALLIPALAYAM / OIL FREE MUTTON FRY

தேவையான பொருட்கள் (Ingredients):
Mutton (ஆட்டுகறி) -500 Gram
Small onion ( சின்ன வெங்காயம்) -50 gram
Mustard Seeds (கடுகு) -1/2 tbs
Sliced coconut ( தேங்காய் சிறு சிறு துண்டுகளாக ) -2 tbs
Ginjer Garlic Paste (இஞ்சி -பூண்டு விழுது) - 1 tbs
Curry leaves ( கறிவேப்பிலை) -5 leaves
Dryed red chilli (மிளகாய்) -4 No
Chilli Powder ( மிளகாய் தூள்) - 3/4 tbs
coriander Powder ( மல்லி தூள்) - 1tbs
Garam Masala (கரம் மசாலா) - 1pinch
மஞ்சள் தூள் (turmeric Powder)
உப்பு(Salt as much required)
Gingili Oil (நல்லெண்ணெய்) -1tbs
Water ( As required)

Preparing MUTTON PALLIPALAYAM / OIL FREE MUTTON FRY :
1.Wash 500 gram mutton and add into the cooker.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric ,salt and water as much required in the cooker
3. Switch on the stove and Keep the cooker on the stove.
4.Close the cooker with lid and keep the maximum flame .
5. After one whistle , reduce the flame in to Sim
6. Wait utill 4 more whistle come out. Then turnoff the stove and
wait untill the gas in the cooker getting reduced.
7. Keep the Kaddai on the stove and add one tablespoon of oil in
it.
8.once the oil is heated add mustered seeds, onion,sliced
coconut,curry leaves and dried red chilli.
9. Fry the onion untill the onion turned in to golden brown . Now
add the above boilled mutton in to the kadai
10.Wait untill the water on the mutton dried little bit
11. once the water is dried, add coriander powder ,red chilli
powder and garam masala powder and mix it well.
12. cook for 5 min. now the "OIL FREE MUTTON FRY/MUTTON
PALLIPALAYAM" IS READY
