Ingredients
1.Mutton kidney
2.baby onion
3.Tomato
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Turmeric powder
6.Coriander powder
7.pepper
8.Curry leaves
9. Chilli powder
10. Coconut
11. Coriander leaves
12. salt
13. oil
14.spices(pattai,kirambu,Annasi poo, Elachi, Marathimukku)
15.cumin seeds

Method:
1. Clean the mutton and boil it
2. In a pan put oil and spices together and fry it.
3. add onion and ginger garlic paste fry the onion and fry till golden brown, then add tomatoes and fry it for 2 min
4. Now add turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander power and mix it well..
5. Add the boiled mutton , pepper and salt to it..
6. close the pan and make it to boil for 5 min
7. Then garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves
8. Serve the hot mutton kidney masala..
